ARPAN works at the grassroots level through participatory, community-led approaches to empower women, adolescents, youth, and children, particularly from Tribal and Dalit communities. By nurturing local leadership, ARPAN enables communities to advocate for their rights and drive their own holistic development. Its initiatives span women’s and adolescent girls’ empowerment, tribal development, sustainable livelihoods, equitable access to land and natural resources, climate-conscious agriculture, and the protection of human and child rights — all grounded in the spirit of collective empowerment and social justice.
